I am a new patient for Dr. Baldwin and his dental clinic. My first visit was 100% out of pocket because I’m changing from a dentist who is in Spring. As a new patient, it was a very reasonable charge that included x-rays and an amazing cleaning. From the moment I walked in the front door, I felt very welcome here. Everyone in the office treated me fantastic. I was early arriving and I was literally greeted and offered water several times before my exam and cleaning. The cleaning and exam were right on time and honestly the best cleaning that I’ve had in my life. Yes, I even got the opportunity to meet with Dr. Baldwin personally and he asked me if I had any concerns about my teeth that he could address. Unlike my old dentist, Dr. Baldwin listened. Bravo to this dental clinic! I strongly recommend this Dentist.
I moved to the Spring area and needed a new dentist with experience for my advanced dental needs. I found Dr. Baldwin and was treated for a root canal. The procedure was easy and when he numbed my tooth I didn’t even feel anything. The staff was friendly and they all made me feel comfortable even though I was at the dentist. Dr. Baldwin is kind, nice and professional. He has a gentle touch and got me in and out of the office in a very timely fashion. The office is clean and quaint. I will be recommending my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Baldwin and staff!
I love Dr. Baldwin and his staff. I've been scared of the dentist since my childhood from bad experiences. From the time I arrived and was greeted, I knew that I was in the right spot. They offered me laughing gas to help me relax and as soon as I knew it we were done. We had chatted and laughed which made me feel like they actually cared about me. The next day I received a courtesy call to make sure I was well. I am so happy! I will be back for sure!
